In general, our products leave the United States. However, we also have warehouses internationally.
If your product is marked ” Leaves from the US ”, you will receive it between 2 and 4 business days.
For the rest, the delays are a little longer. If you use the priority shipping option, we will process your package first if there is limited stock. This will also speed up your delivery from 5 to 7 business days. Otherwise, your package will take 9 to 19 business days to arrive at your door.
No worries in any case, because your order is guaranteed 30 days after your delivery date.
It is normal for the tracking number to give no news during the first 7 to 10 business days. It’s especially once it cleared customs and is in the hands of USPS that you will see movement.
